MORRIS, Pennsylvania -- The Sports Car Club of America-sanctioned Sawmill ClubRally event in Morris, Pa. was halted Saturday after two observers were fatally injured during the third of eight scheduled stages.

Martin Reidy and Peter Smith, both of Yonkers, N.Y., sustained fatal injuries after being struck by a participating vehicle, which lost control and left the prescribed course. An investigation is currently underway, and more information will be released as it becomes available on www.SCCA.com
