| History: | Scott and John started rallying in 1990 driving a SAAB 99 rally car. The SAAB was a great car to learn with; it was easy to drive, real tough and not too fast. In 1996 they started rallying the Nissan 200 SX - a proven fast car. After some learning curve problems going from front wheel drive to rear wheel drive and 100 hp to 250 hp, we decided to try to win the North East Divisional/Club Rally U2 Championship. John won the Co-Driver Championship in 1997 and Scott won the Driver Championship in 1998. | |
