First I want to apologize for the delay in posting the August Trivia. We were informed 15 days ago that our network provider (PSI Net) was closing down operations in our area. This came as no big surprise to us due to PSI's financial problems but could they have picked a worse time? We knew that in 5 days we'd leave for Maine and would only have 2 days when we returned to make the switch. The details would only be of interest to a "Network Geek" (like me) so I won't bore the rest of you. Needless to say last night was the first time since Saturday (in Maine) my body slept in a real bed. Right now the network is humming along connected to our new service provider UU Net.

Maine Forest was interesting; it's hard to believe we were able to stuff everyone into the Madison's dinning room for awards back in 1991. We started 121 cars on Friday night. It's really strange to start the 70th car and realize you still have a respectable sized rally to start!

July's Rally Trivia saw a tie for first between Dave Clark and Judy Siess with six correct answers. For third place we had a six-way tie with five correct. Good work everyone!

The August Rally Trivia is on another popular event from the past, the 1979 Sunriser 400 Forest Rally.

Good luck to you all.
And thanks for playing Rally Trivia!
