New York Rally Championship Announces 2009 Champions
and 2010 Calendar of Events

Forestburgh, New York — The New York Rally Championship (NYRC) (www.rallynewyork.net/nyrc.htm) sponsored by Tearoff Guys and presented by Thunder 102 Rally Radio is proud to announce its Champions for the 2009 season. New York and the Northeast of the United States are the home of many rally teams. The New York Rally Championship gives these teams the opportunity to take part in a meaningful local Regional Championship without traveling to distant locations.

The 2009 NYRC Champions are as follows:

The New York Rally Championship will honor its Champions at the annual "Night of Champions" on December 5th. The Champions will be awarded Thunder 102 Cup newly introduced for the 2009 Season.

The 2009 New York Rally Championship "Night of Champions" is to be held on Saturday, December 5th at The Porter House located in Montvale, N.J., 125 Kinderkamack Rd, Montvale, N.J. 07645, www.porterhouseusa.com . Competitors and guests will enjoy free buffet with cash bar, on-site parking and authentic Irish hospitality by Fintan Seeley, the restaurateur and a rally driver. Rally New York, Ltd., promoter of New York Rally Championship, has announced the following Calendar of Events for the 2010 New York Rally Championship:

Competitors will be able to count up to six best results toward the 2010 New York Rally Championship. With eight events on the calendar, competitors will no longer be able to improve their best scores by counting any out-of-the-area events. In order to be insured under the Rally New York Motorsport Insurance Plan, competitors will purchase a Rally New York competition license for a nominal fee of $50, valid for the calendar year, with no additional membership fee. Visiting foreign competitors may use their licenses with a letter of approval from the entity that issued the license.

Rally New York, Ltd. is headquartered in Forestburgh, New York located ninety miles northwest of New York City in spectacular southern Catskill Mountains of Sullivan County. It is dedicated to furthering the sport of stage rallying in the United States.

The two-day rallies organized by Rally New York, Ltd. are events of the United States Rally Championship (www.usrallychampionship.com). Since the 2004 season, Rally New York events have been the only rallies in the United States that have consistently allowed full reconnaissance of the rally route by competitors before the event as well as pace notes. Rally New York USA in April 2006 was the first ever all-tarmac National Championship rally in the United States. All Rally New York events are conducted according to the international rally regulations.
