The Black River Stages will count toward the 1999 SCCA Northeast Division ClubRally Championship. We had nothing but positive feedback from the local residents last year and they are looking forward to our return.
The rally will be 145 miles long with 63 miles of stages. The stages will range in length from 5 to 8 miles and consist of gravel and sand based roads that are 1 to 1-1/2 lanes wide. All stage roads are maintained by the town of Diana, Lewis County, New York.
There will be a single service point where your service truck can be parked and left for the duration of the rally. We will be running night stages this year, so be prepared. There will be no track this year as we felt it wasn't worth the transit down to Lowville.
Registration and Tech will be on Friday night only. These will be located at the Harrisville Rod and Gun Club just outside of Harrisville, NY (see map). This is also the location of the central service. Trailers and cars can be left overnight on Friday for the early start on Saturday.

Once again our biggest problem is lack of close hotel space, so you're on your own for that (see lodging list).

Start from Route 3 in Harrisville, NY (Scenic Overlook)
Take right onto State Street - Go one block
Take right onto Locust Street aka: CR 9 (S. Creek Rd)
Take left onto Middle Branch Rd
Follow that road for 6 miles to Harrisville Rod and Gun Club on your left
