Harrisville, NY -- Black River Stages ClubRally is now being organized by Frank Beyer and Mike Mazoway of Central New York Region. We have been asked by Greg Healey and Keith Kreisler to take over as they are ready for a break from organizing and would really like to "legally" run those wonderful stage roads. Greg and Keith have done an exquisite job in turning the event into one of the best Club events in the country (Club Rally of the Year in 1999), and Frank and I will do our best to continue with the quality of organization that this expected of this event.

Living in the Syracuse area gives us a logistical advantage as Harrisville is only about 75 miles away, and we are familiar with the roads in that part of the state. Greg and Keith have told us that they will help us in any way that they can.

For those of you not familiar with us, Frank has been rallying for over 30 years and has driven or co-driven over 30 stage rallies, retiring from active competition in 1994. Frank is the rallymaster of the Route of All Evil, a NEPRS/NEPRO Series event that was always well organized and fun. Mike Mazoway also has been rallying for over 30 years and has co-driven over 15 stage rallies. We are currently TSD rallying throughout NeDiv.

Black River Stages has been well received by the residents of Lewis and Jefferson Counties. Each year, more localities have asked to be part of the event. As such, we look forward to next fall.
