The response to the 1999 Maine Forest Rally has been so overwhelming that we have decided to let all entrants in the National
Rally start the rally. (Carl Merrill, who was instrumental in getting the rally started in the first place, would have wanted
it this way.) We are pleased to have the largest entry of any rally weekend in the past 15 years!

The following changes are thus necessary:

Technical Inspection		8 AM - 1 PM
Parc Expose	Opens	1:30 PM
	Closes	2:00 PM (all cars in)
First Car Start		2:30 PM

MPL for all competitors: 15 min. between 2 consecutive controls; 30 min. overall
MPL Saturday: Per NPRR (30 min.)

New times for service areas:

	F-1	4:45 PM
	F-2	6:00 PM

If your car is a DNF (by MPL, crash or mechanical damage) in the first running of a repeated stage, it will be left by sweep
and dealt with after the second running.
