First Car Start Time: 3:45 P.M.
From Rumford, follow U.S. 2 to Mexico.
Turn NORTH onto Route 17 West.
In 1.3 miles, turn LEFT into "Mexico Highway Garage" and Rec. Area.
Proceed into the Rec. Area and you will be instructed where to park.
You will not be blocked in; you will be able to drive out when you wish.

First Car Due: 5:15 P.M.
From the intersection of U.S. 2 and Route 17 West (same as above),
go 18.9 miles; here you will pass a Speed Limit 50 sign (from the
Rec. Area, it's 17.6 miles to the sign).
Go 0.6 miles; turn RIGHT across a bridge onto an unpaved road.
Proceed 0.7 miles to an area where you will be instructed to park on
a side road.
You must walk along a path about 200 yards to the Spectator Area.
You will NOT be allowed to walk on the stage road.
Also at this location there will be a "spectator bus" which will make
two trips from the above location, into the special stage 1 mile, to an
alternate spectating location.
Those interested must load the bus at 4:15 or 4:45 to make the trip.
Once there, you must remain until the last car passes, estimated to be
two hours. You may find this location less congested and better viewing!
Retrace your steps to return to Rumford.
