The New England Region, SCCA and the Maine Forest Winter ClubRally committee announce that the event scheduled for December 4 has been cancelled. Permits with landowners, some of them new to rallying, have taken longer than the rally expected. Combining this with the current transition of performance rallying from SCCA to Rally America, has led us to this cancellation. We are optimistic for the future and are sure that in 2005 our New England events will once again be up and running.
