Valley View, PA -- There will be a rallycross at Rausch Creek Motorsports Park for anyone interested. It will be held on August 18.

8/17 is early registration/tech inspection or email msg0@optonline.net and ask for a registration form to be sent to you; then fill it out and e-mail it back. Shortly, this will be on a website, and we will take credit cards also, but not for the first event.

Setup day is just a work day to do things like arrow the course, set up tech and reg. tents, etc., so if this would interest you in seeing or helping setting it up call Andrew Smith at 516-384-9141 that morning for time, as I'm not sure if we are going out Friday or not. If so, 10am on is OK for Saturday.

Note that this site was not fully updated when it was in use, so entry fee and helmet requirements do not reflect what was in effect when we last ran. I'm rewriting the rules to include the new class structure and they will be ready soon. Basically, they are similar to most other SCCA RallyCross Series rules except we never drop any runs unless we throw a whole stage for everyone (has never happened). The reason is that the course will be altered from stage to stage for variety. The RallyPark NorthEast RallyCross championship will be a "best of" type, so DNF's or missed events will not take you out of the running, unless it happens a lot, of course.
