Rally New York 2004 will take place on Saturday, April 17, 2004. Registration of competitors, technical inspection and optional reconnaissance will be on Friday. Competitors will have the opportunity to purchase commercially available stage notes.

The rally headquarters will be in Monticello, New York, which is located only 90 miles northwest of New York City. The special stages will be located in spectacular Sullivan and Delaware Counties in the southern Catskill Mountains.

Monticello, New York is the center of a resort area with a wide range of excellent hospitality and lodging facilities.

The event is part of a seven-event National Auto Sport Association Eastern States Rally Championship.

Rally New York is supported by the Sullivan County Visitors Association and the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce.
