Cambridge, MA -- Replica Productions announced today the tentative arrangements for the 2000 SCCA ProRally Championship television coverage on Speedvision. Major sponsor Hyundai Motor America has stepped up in the nick of time to allow for full coverage of the 2000 season with every National event receiving significant television exposure. As it stands now, Replica will produce seven half-hour shows from the nine scheduled events in the series. The schedule is as follows:
Program #1 - SNO*DRIFT / OREGON TRAIL- earliest possible air date: May 1, 2000
Program #2 - RIM OF THE WORLD- earliest possible air date: May 22, 2000
Program #3 - SUSQUEHANNOCK TRAIL-earliest possible air date: June 19, 2000
Program #4 - MAINE FOREST-earliest possible air date: August 14, 2000
Program #5 - OJIBWE FOREST- earliest possible air date: September 11, 2000
Program #6 - WILD WEST / PRESCOTT -earliest possible air date: October 16, 2000
Program #7 - LAKE SUPERIOR - earliest possible air date: November 6, 2000
Additionally, we are also in the planning stages for the RallyUSA event from Denver, Colorado in June. More details on this soon.
Speedvision will air all programs in North America to an audience of 24 million households. All programs will air once in prime time, with at least one additional airing. Schedule to be finalised shortly.
