Knoxville, Tennessee -- The Organizers of the Cherokee Trails ClubRally have officially salvaged the race for a March 25th running. The rally lost it's April 15th date when it was discovered that many of the approved roads were located in an area that is open for turkey hunting during the month of April. The USFS has worked diligently to assist the organizers with the date and road changes to help put ClubRally racing back in the Southeast Division of SCCA.
Entry to the Cherokee Trails ClubRally on March 25th is now opened. The rally is a coefficient 2 race run in the Cherokee National Forest near Cleveland, TN.

Information will also be posted on the Chattanooga Region Page at http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/ChattanoogaRegion/. Entries are being mailed to current NPR and CR license holders in SCCA Divisions adjacent to SEDiv. Roads are incredible! This coefficient 2 event has 54 stage miles and 70 transit miles with one service area. Roads range from wide open and flat at the base of the mountains to narrow tight and twisty at the top. WE WILL DO THE DOME! Downhill on one side, uphill on the other... 17 miles, two stages, skill, adrenaline and car preparation will rule.
