Brian started his rallying career in the 1970s, navigating in various TSD events in Ontario. By 1983, he made the jump to ProRally, and has competed in numerous events in Canada and the U.S. since that time. He has done events in temperatures ranging from -46 degrees (the Perce Neige in Quebec), to well over 100 (the Baja 1000 in Mexico). Drivers he has competed with include John Buffum, the late Carl Merrill, Frank Sprongl and Tom McGeer.

1st Production 1750 (Canada) 1992 with Ari Montonen
2nd O/A (US) 1994 with Henry Joy
1st Production Sport 1997 (Canada) with Ari Montonen

He has won 3 events overall in Canada, and is pleased to have helped 3 different drivers win the National Novice title. He has won the Ontario Road Rally Cup, and is also the only competitor to have won the prestigious Ontario Winter Rally 5 times.

Brian lives near the shore of Lake Ontario in the town of Port Hope, and works on contract as a Systems Analyst and Project Manager in the Toronto area. He is 47, single and enjoys hiking, cycling, squash and browsing in museums in his spare time.

In 2001, Brian is pleased to be competing in the SCCA Pro Rally Championship with Karl Scheible in the Subaru Rally Team USA Group N Impreza WRX.
