"There's Racin in them thar Hills!"
Two AM Rallysport Heads To Alberta

Waterloo, ONTARIO -- The next two rounds of the Canadian Rally championship have the Two AM Rallysport team heading west to Alberta, demonstrating that this is indeed a National championship. The Bighorn Rally takes place May 19-20 in Edson Alberta and the Rocky Mountain Rally starts out of Calgary on May 25. Participants in these rallies will have their long trip rewarded with a chance to run two rallies in as many weekends. Taking place in the fine spring weather and bathed in western Canadian hospitality it should make for a good time for all.

Competition in Two Am Rallysport's class, Production 3 (or P3) is going to be stiff though as two rallies means two chances at top points and at least three teams are after those points. The Two AM Rallysport Team of Driver Andrew Miller and Co-Driver Robin Fleguel will be pushing hard as they have yet to score this season. But with a total of six rounds left Miller feels their chances are still good "We missed the first two rounds due to some unfortunate circumstances but we've got a real chance to get our selves on the scoreboard here"

It won't be easy though, first place man Steve Walkington will be there with a new motor in his VW and will be looking to stay on the top step. "Chasing the Ford Of Reilly and Felice is going to be the toughest challenge I think," said Miller, adding " They out power us by about 60 Hp so we'll have to be on the limit right from the start." Absent however will be the second place team of Scott Comens and Harry Pressy, which could offer Miller and Fleugel the chance to jump ahead in the points.

In between the rallies Two AM Rallysport will be participating in a display at the Stephen Avenue Mall in Calgary City center. Folks will have the chance to see the cars and meet some of the drivers on Wed May 23 between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

The Subaru Canadian Rally Championship, which consists of 8 events, runs from February to November. Two AM Rallysport competes in the P3 class with help from its sponsors Volkswagen Waterloo, Dave's Tire Discounter, Frisco Auto Parts, Pennzoil 10 Minute Oil Change Centre and AM Innovations Inc.
