Tigard, OREGON -- Paul Eklund, Scott Huhn and the entire Primitive Racing Team have put many hours of effort into preparing the screaming yellow Subaru Impreza for the upcoming rally in Bemidji, Minnesota.
"The car now has a new STi RA transmission, 4.44 limited slip rear differential, and the entire drive train was removed and inspected," says Huhn. "Quite an accomplishment by a group of rally enthusiasts on a weekend."
The team hopes to finish well among the ever strengthening field of National level cars." The scope and depth of the top level teams is increasing at a tremendous pace, says Eklund, "and it will get tougher and tougher to finish in the top ten." We look forward to matching pace with some of the big boys and keeping the car together for a good finish for our faithful sponsors, Silverstone Tires, Morrie's Subaru and www.subaru.net.
