Motor Sports Unlimited Rally Team
Seattle, Washington -- Motor Sports Unlimited has now signed a deal with Jay Streets of San Francisco, CA for the remainder of the 2000 SCCA ProRally Championship Group 2 points chase. At mid-season, Streets is holding tight his first place position in the Group 2 class with an 11 point lead over Doug Davenport.
Streets and co-driver Bill Feyling of Pacifica, CA have been successful in this, their rookie year of ProRally. Introduced to the sport in 1998, they immediately purchased a rally car and competed in the 1999 SoPac events.
By acquiring the services of Motor Sports Unlimited they are now enabled to continue running the full National ProRally calendar. "We set out this year to run some of the National events and learn," said Streets, "now it is going beyond our wildest dreams."
You may recognize Jay Streets as the Willans representative responsible for the contingency program currently offered to all rally competitors. Both Motor Sports Unlimited rally cars will be equipped with Willans harness systems. Please contact any MSU team member for more information regarding Willans products.
Motor Sports Unlimited is a full service race preparation shop located in Seattle, WA. Owner Dennis Chizma will continue to campaign the Production Class with his Porsche 911. Support is provided for the two car team by excellent crew members committed to winning. Crew members who will assist with the Maine Forest Rally are as follows:
